IT Consulting and Digital Services Terms

Last updated: July 13, 2026

These IT Consulting and Digital Services Terms describe the professional standards, boundaries, and expectations that apply when Xylentor Systems provides consulting, configuration, and digital support services to your business. They complement our general Terms and Conditions and focus specifically on the nature of our advisory and technical work, so that both parties share a clear understanding of what our services do and do not include.

01Nature of our services

Xylentor Systems provides practical, advisory, and configuration-based support. This includes organizing cloud-based files, reviewing and improving everyday workflows, configuring standard productivity tools, and setting up simple no-code automations. Our role is to design clear systems and to guide you in operating them, not to develop custom software or to act as a managed technology provider.

02Advisory character of recommendations

The recommendations we provide are professional opinions based on the information available to us and on generally accepted good practice. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on our recommendations within your own business context. We encourage you to consider our guidance alongside your own judgement and, where relevant, independent professional advice.

03Client cooperation and access

Effective consulting depends on a two-way relationship. To deliver quality results, we rely on you to grant appropriate access, share accurate information, and respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner.

  • Provide access to the accounts and tools relevant to the engagement.
  • Share accurate descriptions of your current processes and objectives.
  • Designate a point of contact who can make decisions and answer questions.
  • Review interim work and provide feedback within agreed timeframes.

04No-code automation boundaries

When we build no-code automations, we work within the capabilities and limits of standard automation platforms. These automations are designed to handle routine, well-defined tasks. They are not a substitute for bespoke software, and their reliability depends on the continued availability and terms of the underlying platforms and connected applications.

05Third-party tools and subscriptions

Where our services involve third-party tools, you are the account holder and are responsible for any subscription fees, usage limits, and compliance with the provider's terms. We configure these tools on your behalf, but we do not control them and cannot guarantee their ongoing behaviour, pricing, or availability.

06Security and access hygiene

We follow sensible practices when handling access to your systems, and we ask that you do the same. After a project concludes, we recommend reviewing and, where appropriate, revoking any temporary access that was granted. Maintaining strong credentials and current security settings on your accounts remains your responsibility.

07Data and backups

Before we make structural changes to your files or workflows, we recommend that you maintain your own current backups. While we work carefully and methodically, you are responsible for ensuring that critical data is backed up independently of any work we perform.

08Limitations and expectations

Our services aim to make your digital operations clearer and more efficient, but we cannot guarantee particular commercial results, savings, or performance metrics, as those depend on many factors outside our control. We commit to professional care, honesty, and clear communication throughout every engagement.

09Professional conduct

We conduct our work with integrity, discretion, and respect for your business. We expect a similarly respectful and cooperative relationship in return, which helps every engagement run smoothly and produce the best possible outcome.

10Changes to these terms

These IT Consulting and Digital Services Terms may be updated periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and the version in effect when you accept a proposal governs that engagement.
